# Aha device could not connect to pc software any more

After I updated aha PC software to version 1.0.2.221, my aha device could not connect to the PC software any more. Any way to fix it ? Thanks.

Hi. Try this:

1. Turn halo off.
2. Plug into your computer.
3. Turn halo on.
4. Start the software.

If this doesn’t work, I’ll get customer support on to it.
