I tried the suggestion of pressing the \> button. I have tried a short press, a long press. ive tried all the other buttons. The suddenly after anywhere for 2 to 10 minutes its unlockes. Can someone tell me what to do to fix this. ---

have you tried using a paperclip and hard resetting the device to factory settings? ---

Hello, I’m having trouble with my Halo that I just received. It seems to be stuck in lock mode and I’m not sure how to unlock. I’ve looked at the instructions but it isn’t clear how to unlock it. Please advise. thanks ---

I just received my device 2 days ago and am having the same issues with trying to unlock the device as others are experiencing. It’s non-responsive for minutes. I tried it with a quick press, a long press and an even longer press, and nothing happens. So I let it rest do something else and then come back to try again. Still same and then it randomly unlocks. Not sure why. Would love some insight. Thank you. ---
