Hello a friend of mine has problems with her knee, and has no more cartilage in the joint

Does the program cartilage help to recreate cartilage?

Hello, thank you for your message.  
The Aha Cartilag program can support the synthesis of chondroitin and may help maintain cartilage health. However, if your friend’s joint has already lost all of its cartilage, then unfortunately the effect of this program would be very limited or almost none.
