Hi there, I have a tracking number and it’s for the national postal service for the country I live in. When I try to track my dispatched package no information can be given apart from We’re expecting it. I’m assuming it’s coming from a country that isn’t my home country, perhaps another European country for us here in Europe? But this means we are not able to track our orders every step of the way. I’ve tried a number of those universal tracking sites, with no success at locating my package. Providing the international tracking number would have been more appropriate for initial tracking. Please can you speak to this? ---

Hi Support Person, unfortunately your reply didn’t help one iota. I have tried the site you suggest and a few others, they don’t help because i dont have the German tracking number. Hi Arnaud Looks like you have the German tracking number, which is what I need. If you had the French postal service tracking number you would be in the same boat as me. ---

Hello Beautiful Team…I am not quite sure where to ask my questions? I have received my Aha Halo and am excited to learn all I can about it. Question: I have been on sleeping tablets for a number of years. Last night I halved the dose and popped on the good sleep 11. I awoke every 2hrs. This may seem to be an odd question but does the program take time to work its magic? What is the difference between the 3 programs 1,2 & 3 plz? Thank you so very kindly Lesley. ---

I think 1 is more for falling asleep and program 3 is for severe sleeping problems
