Hi, Here is some information thought would pass this on. Just received the Halo and I had installed aha\_halo version 1.0.0.142 and updated to the latest the version 1.0.0.186 on Windows 10. It did not find Halo even so windows gave the new USB recognition sound when plugging it in. Long story short to solve after trying various options : Uninstall Aha Halo, restart windows. Delete any left over files left in the C:\Program Files\aha halo Go to Aha Halo download site and download latest version. Install, Restart Windows and run Aha Halo and it was recognised ! ---

Hi, I wanted to confirm Craig’s solution. Thanks for the tip! This is how it worked for me too. I also had to update the driver in the device manager. However, my computer did not recognise the halo with the latest software version, but only with the previous one.
