I recieved my aha halo a few days ago and it’s been running non stop. But I can’t feel **anything**? I’ve tried the detox heavy metal program, lymphatic drainage, sleep program, feel good. My sleep was unchanged, I did not feel any side effects of the heavy metal detox - but I do feel the spooky2 remote heavy metal detox? And other spooky2 remote programs. I assumed the aha halo would provide noticable sensations in the body, more so than the spooky2 remote, but it does not in my case. I don’t feel any better with the feel good program, and nothing helped for my intrusive thoughts. Do anyone else feel anything while using their aha halo? Do I have too high expectations for this device?

Hi, thank you for sharing this honestly.

Aha Halo doesn’t always create a strong physical sensation, and not feeling “detox effects” doesn’t necessarily mean it isn’t working. Some people feel it clearly, while others notice more subtle changes over time.

We’d suggest using **one program at a time** for a few days, keeping Halo within about **3 ft / 1 m** , and watching for small changes in sleep, mood, comfort, or energy instead of expecting a strong body sensation.

For intrusive thoughts, Aha Halo is not a replacement for mental health support. You may try **Relaxation (P)** or **Clarity and Focus (P)**, but if this feels intense or persistent, please also reach out to a healthcare professional.

If you’d like help choosing a better routine, email us at **[support@ahaharmony.com](mailto:support@ahaharmony.com)** and we’ll be happy to help.
