How to Start the Sleep Program

As a complete beginner, what is the best way to begin using the sleep program? Start with Sleep 1 and build up? Start with Relaxation? Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.

Relaxation (P) first for a few days
Then try Good Sleep (P) at night

There’s no need to “build up” through different sleep programs in a strict order. The goal is more about noticing how your body responds and finding what feels most supportive for you.

We’d usually suggest:

  • Start with shorter sessions at first (around 1–2 hours)

  • Use one main sleep-focused program at a time

  • Keep things simple for the first week or so

Some people feel calmer quickly, while others prefer a slower, gentler adjustment period.
