# I cannot connect halo to software

I cannot connect the halo to the software. I have tried three different computers installed the most recent software on all three computers updated all drivers on all three computers and the only thing that happens when I follow the instructions is the software opens for about three seconds says the device is not detected and then closes automatically. Can someone please help With this issue?
