Ok I watched the video so how do I go about cleansing the kidneys? Are you saying do the kidney cleanse first before moving to cleanse the others? Thank you for info! ---

Cleansing the kidneys first seems to be the way to go, followed by the liver. There was a thread about this on the AHA facebook page too. Have a look at the Dr. Jörg Prinz training/info video He gives a protocol which I followed. I have a pretty clean system and did all the programs over a day for three days in his suggested order. However, if you are very toxic, that could be a bad idea. Maybe do the kidney cleanse and see how you are after that. ---

Please, for those who do not have Facebook and who do not speak English (I use a translator), could you give the order of the programs to use and how to do it? Thank you in advance ---
