# Latest Software Update

I just installed the most current update and, now, the software will not load. I get this error message. What’s up with this?

If you meet same problem in the future, could you open the Task Manager and check if there is an AHA software process running? Previously, we found that having an AHA process running in the background could cause this error.

Did you update via the internal updater or with the installer from the website?  
If during an update something went wrong, you can try to delete the halo program folder and reinstall from the installer.

I just uninstalled from my pc and installed from the website, again.
