# Protocol for 'bone-on-bone' knee

Could you please recommend a protocol for the above condition?

Half a knee is almost ‘bone on bone’ , but hopefully some cartilage is still there.

For both pain relief and cartilage regrows.

For how many times per day to use programs , in what sequence?

I have had some success with using the pathwayss (meridians) programs for the meridians that go through the knee…..best with liver, spleen, kidney, and bladder. No particular order. Also had major success using Spooky 2 remote healing for it.

Hi Akhail. Thanks for your reply. Did you try AHA Joint discomfort and cartliage?

What does major sucess mean? My husband needs knee replacement. Is there any chance to avoid it?

Hi Rikvah,  
I did not try the new programs…cartilage and joint discomfort because they were not available when I was doing the treatment. No I am using joint discomfort with some moderate success…  
Major success was a complete cessation of pain and discomfort for several days after using the osteoarthritis programs on Spooky 2 in remote mode overnight.

Look into PRP treatment, usually done by a chiroprctor. They take a blood draw. spin it and use part to shoot back into the missing joint cushion. I am bad on technicalities, but it depends on your body to heal itself and jumpstarts the process. I had it done on shoulder xrayed as bone on bone instead of a normal shot. Has only been 2 weeks but already it helps. Costs $500.,in Idaho, and insurance does not cover it. also just started by Aha
