# Replacement USB Cord

Does anyone have a recommendation for a new USB cord. Customer service suggested I purchase a new one (not theirs due to shipping charges) but the ones that I have tried will not connect to the software.

For connecting Aha Halo with the software, please make sure the USB cable supports data transfer, not only charging. Some USB cables are designed for charging only and may not work for software connection.
