Dear Friends,

We’ve noticed that some users have encountered issues during recent software updates. If you’re experiencing difficulties, please try the following solutions:

1. Update through the Aha Application as Administrator  
Run Aha Halo application as administrator and click the “Software Update” button to complete the process.

2. Reinstall via Official Website Package  
You can also download the latest installation package from our official website ( [Software Download - Aha Harmony](https://www.ahaharmony.com/software-download/) ) and perform an overwrite installation.

I have discovered my solution: I have a shortcut and whenever i have it I am not abble to update. I have to close my shortcut, I have only the icon on the scren , I open it and install the update. No shortcuts, only the icon on the screen.
