I have just received our second Halo. When I try to connect to the app on my computer the new Halo won’t connect. I keep getting An unrecoverable timeout has occurred. Please check your USB cable, unplug halo, switch it off and on again and replug.
If error persists, restart computer, reset the halo, or clear its memory.
I’m guessing that it has something to do with already having one Halo that has already been connected.

Having a previous Halo connected should not normally prevent a new Halo from connecting. Please try connecting only one Halo at a time, and make sure the new Halo is powered on, unplugged/replugged, and connected with a working USB cable directly to the computer.
