I have a Healthy Wave Mat that has Infrared, PEMF, red light, Negative Ions and natural crystals that I lay on daily for healing. I want to know if having Aha near or on me during the use of the mat is a problem for the unit, mat or me? Can you get to much energy? Can they counter act each other? Can it ruin the devices?
In theory, Aha Halo and devices such as PEMF, infrared, or red light mats should not conflict with each other, as they work through different technologies. Using them together should not damage either device under normal use.
That said, everyone’s routine is different. If you choose to use them at the same time, we suggest starting with a comfortable setup and observing how both devices perform.
