All the programs in Aha Halo’s library are designed as solutions to support specific wellness needs, so you can choose the ones that match your personal goals.
Aha Vibe’s frequency combinations were selected specifically around the body’s different daytime and night-time needs. The AM band supports energy and focus during the day, while the PM band supports rest and restoration at night.
That’s why a popular Halo program isn’t automatically included in Vibe. Each band has its own combination designed for its role in your daily rhythm.

Since “Young Body” is like a kind of revolution program
and Jim run it 24/7 it would be perfect to have that
program imprinted on AhaVibe and would make it possible
to run other programs on Aha Halo instead of running
“Young Body” 24/7 on the Aha Halo.
