Why were programs removed?

Programs that I want, including the two vision programs and the memory program, were removed in the latest update.

Could someone from Aha Harmony please tell us why this was done?

Are improved versions of these programs coming?

Also, I have those programs on my Aha Halo. If I connect my Aha Halo to my computer, will those programs remain on my Aha Halo?

Thanks!

I have just connected my device to the computer and the vision programs remain on the device.

But I also like to know why they have been removed, please.

Thank you, @eyeinorange! It’s good to know we can keep the programs we’ve downloaded.

They and a few others are now in Stomach wellness as the update notification stated.

To me, that reads that Loud Sleep, Young Hair, Memory, Near Vision Support and Far Vision Support have been removed completely from the device.

Only Stomach Wellness I and Stomach Wellness II have been merged into Stomach Wellness.

Thank you for sharing the screenshot, @Raymondo ! It’s very helpful to have it for reference.

Hi there,
In my opinion to Update/Upgrade a Database/Software means to ADD more programs NOT to DELETE them, I hope AHA Support Team will put back the two programs (Near Vision and Distance Vision) for people to see them and use them, Happy Easter to all!

I wrote to admin and asked why certain programs were removed and the answer; “The reason why the program you mentioned was removed is that our software is constantly updated and adjusted.”

Not really a helpful answer. On FB another person contacted admin and was told - certain programs were removed because they weren’t being used?? I’m hoping it’s the former answer that it’s being adjusted and reinstalled.

However, I’m now wondering how does admin know what programs we are uploading & using on our halos? :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

Am I naive in thinking once I’ve downloaded the software on my computer and I’ve uploaded my programs on my Halo - it’s completely private unless I’ve unknowingly given AHA HALO permission to access my usage, which I’m not really cool with🤔

I realize the holistic healing terrain is a treacherous of late, and I am not trying to second guess the Aha Experts in what programs they choose to offer. However, we do need to know if removed programs were removed because they were ineffective or for some other reason. I have already downloaded both Vision programs. I will keep them on my halo if there is nothing wrong with them. I “assume” they were well tested and worked well before rollout. If they were/are, I will ensure I keep them on my halo. If they were found to be somehow ineffective (or not effective enough), I need to know to focus on other programs.

Please consider a heads up on programs being removed and why. We’re all learning here, so I’m sure we’ll all learn together with Spooky’s typical awesome communication and answers. :slightly_smiling_face:

To AHA support team: I haven’t received my aha halo yet. However, I really need the vision programs to be able to read more posts here. My vision already blurry writing this with the glasses on. Please add back the vision programs.

I used “Loud Sleep” for 2 weeks and I’ve been sleeping much better since. The other “sleep” programs don’t work the same way.

I don’t understand the reason for removing these programs! One of the official arguments given in another post is that people don’t use them?! Does that mean you have statistics on our usage ?!

After only a few weeks, where is it important to start with “Cleansing” and then “Energy Pathway”? How can we draw conclusions about programs when everyone is just experimenting and testing? Besides, for a wellness device for the general public, why not be more specific about the starting protocols?

I’ve been giving you feedback from the beginning, and with the community you have, I don’t understand your way of communicating and your strategies, which are not in line with the Spooky community.

You share more specific treatment programs on YouTube than you do on a $500 product. Also, why not provide even more detail on the programs offered so that the people who work on Spoooky can have more clarity and understand your choices and thus support, or even prescribe, AHAs to their clients?

So, I haven’t synced my AHA, for fear that my favorite programs, Loud Sleep and Near Vision Support, will be deleted. Will I lose them if I want to remove and add other programs?

Thank you for your official and transparent answers for the entire community here. Too many questions that interest everyone are answered in private messages.

Hi everyone.

Ensuring the effectiveness of the programs in our database is crucial. To achieve this, we have a dedicated team rigorously testing each program. Any program found to be underperforming will be removed to maintain the high quality and usefulness of our offerings.

To assist in this evaluation, the halo software anonymously shares usage data with our server:

  1. Which programs you’ve favorited.
  2. Which programs you have run
  3. How long you ran the programs.

Programs frequently marked as favorites (by clicking the star icon in the database) or regularly utilized are unlikely to be removed.

I want to emphasise that we don’t want your name, social security number or details of what you had for breakfast. Your privacy is paramount. It is one of the key reasons why we encourage the use of anonymous usernames on this forum. If privacy remains a concern, you have the option to prevent the software from connecting to the server by navigating to File / Settings.

If a program is removed from our database, it will still remain available on your device after syncing. No programs are removed from the halo device.

I will reach out to the forum administrators to encourage greater participation and responsiveness. There is definitely room for improvement there.

Yes, they are a job in progress. The ideal solution may be to use protein synthesis, which halo does very nicely.

We do plan to reinstate better versions of these two programs.

halo is a new device. It needed a database when released, so we picked what we thought were suitable programs from the Spooky2 database. We want every program to work as it says on the box, so of course we have to test them. Unfortunately, some programs didn’t cut the mustard, so better solutions need to be found.

The good news is that halo has been optimised to run protein programs. These are incredibly effective. For more information on this work, please visit https://cancerclinic.co.nz/protein-audio.html This is my personal website.

For example, several proteins play a role in myopia (nearsightedness) development, including those involved in eye growth and collagen formation like myocilin, TGFβ-associated proteins, and certain collagens. All this can be researched, and the respective proteins put into a program.

Dear Aha admin,

Seems most are wanting to know why these programs were removed.

Did you decide the vision programs were not effective? Or was it due to the software only holds 100 programs so some had to be removed to add more?

If the latter, we can keep those on our devices and not delete.

If the former, then no need to keep the vision programs if they do not work.

The why would be very helpful.

Thank you,

Suzi

Hello John, should we understand that some of the programs in the Halo software already include protein programs or that this is planned for the future? Thank you

John,

Very exciting. I know this being your new baby, you will be optimizing the software. It will be a continual progressions. Very good to hear from you about this to calm the voices of those who may not have built trust with you.

Thanks again,

Hi John,

Thank you for your transparency regarding data collection.

However, you’re drawing somewhat biased conclusions about the programs without even consulting and informing your community.
The latter is your strength, and I find that since the launch, you’ve been very lacking in transparency and education regarding the information provided about the programs.

Deleting them without immediately replacing them is a strong sign that we’re not going in the right direction.

For my part, I’ve been using my device for over 15 days. Loud Sleep works very well; I’ve rarely synced my AHA, so you don’t have all the data, and I’m sure I’m not the only one.

We’re not beta testers, in any case, not at this price.

As shared via your customer service and other posts, there’s a lot of caution and vagueness surrounding the programs, while you share very specific frequencies on YouTube related to illnesses.

Aha is an opportunity to deploy this technology easily and accessibly, capitalizing on the extraordinary Spooky community. This is why other, more specific programs should be able to be installed by users or those with knowledge.

Regards

Julyan
