I would love to see a program that helps with being in the Flow. It is such an amazing feeling and not that easy to achieve in real life. It could help with many issues I think. Much love

You might try the Solfeggio program. That’s what I felt it did for me… it’s very subtle. But as others have mentioned taking time out (meditation), checking in with yourself and other pursuits that help you break away from the programming are essential.
