I’m not entirely sure which program I should use if I’m nearsighted, meaning I have poor distance vision. Is there any more detailed information about the individual programs, or general information? Thanks for Help!

Es gibt 2 Programme: Near Vision, Distance Vision, meist hat man beides gleichzeitig, obwohl eines überwiegen kann.
John White clarified this in the latest YouTube video near the end. If your near vision is blurry use Near Vision. If your Distance Vision is blurry use Distance Vision.
