Near vision distance vision

I am totally confused,

I watched the last video with Q&A and watched the relevant part several times. Unfortunately, I still don’t understand it.
I am short-sighted, i.e. I have myopia, what do I use now to improve my defective vision/blurriness at a distance? Near Vision Program or Distance Vision Program?

use “Distance Vision” for myopic. I am also myopic and have blurry distant vision and I use distance vision support to help with my distant vision.

In the last video towards the end, John White clarified the vision programs. If you have blurry near vision use Near vision. If your distance vision is blurry, use Distance Vision.

Hi,

thanks for your answer, but what you say/write contradics following answer that i received from aha support.

looking forward to hear from you.

Hi Daniel,
Thanks for reaching out. Hope our reply finds you all well.

Near Vision: Supports eye muscle relaxation for clearer long-range vision.
Distance Vision: Helps reduce eye strain from close-up tasks for clearer short-rangevision.

Here is the programs’ explaination:

The Vision category has caused the most confusion here and on the FB forum. In the latest YouTube video near the end John clarified it and stated they were going to correct their online pdf guide. The explanation you received simply is unclear. I am not sure whether their response is using the pre-corrected version or not. I, too, would like a more concise and less confusing response!

yes, it is very confusing, maybe you should also make a request to the support and please let me know what is their answer to you.

thanks so far

daniel
