Hi everyone! Has anyone else dropped their Aha Halo? Mine fell from the bathroom vanity onto a hard vinyl floor and I’m worried that it may have jolted the internal mechanisms.
I can’t tell whether it is still working or not as its effects are so subtle and my dis-ease symptoms are complicated. I’ve been worrying about it for a couple of weeks now. Is there a way of testing it, apart from watching symptoms, that anyone knows about? I can’t taste a difference after the water programme, so that won’t work for me. I have noticed Sleep 2 isn’t working lately but that might be my system’s response to the programme.
Yikes!!
Thank you ![]()
Hello! I can appreciate how you feel. I would probably feel the same. Even if it has survived the drop there is going to be that nagging doubt especially if you don’t get feedback during use. If your health issues are significant and the Halo is important to you then like me I would want assurances that it is still functioning. I have thought about how well mine would fare if dropped or damaged. As careful as we might be there is always that possibility.
I can’t imagine the developers would not have taken this into consideration and would have made the design parameters suitable for the general riggers of life.
This throws up an interesting subject for forum discussion. Have you thought about starting a topic further to this post you have made asking other users to add their thoughts and experiences. Have you spoke to ahaharmony about this? They are very helpful, I am sure they will come up with a way to help you. A diagnostic section within the software to ascertain the efficiency of the unit would be a good feature if that were possible. Maybe this could go out to the development team to assist in this matter?
I would not wish to be without my Aha Halo now as it has really helped me. If I broke it beyond repair I would have to get another even though it is a bit of a gulp to swallow a second purchase. Perhaps the ahaharmony could be offered with an insurance option that would give you a replacement unit? I am not that streetwise with how to navigate all of the features of the forum but I would hope somebody from ahaharmony might read this and respond. Let me know how you get on with it. This is a very important consideration for many users. Happy wellness
I have not tried this, EDIT: and it is no proof of a working scalar field. You can see the same movement from the palm of your hand even if moving very slowly.
But many people are usually able to tell the difference between frequency treated (“charged”) and normal tap water. Even if you personally cannot tell the difference, I am quite sure you will find friends that can.
I dropped mine last week and had that same thought if it was still working properly. Only way I could tell was use song of the spine program. This program i noticed released tension in the body for me before. So I did this program and felt the release of tension so I knew the aha halo was working. There’s a video talks about showing that it’s working thru radio. It was either a youtube video or one of aha halo training videos. Hope that helps.
It’s really unfortunate that the Aha Team never responded to this concern. Isn’t this the place to come for answers?
Nonetheless, I am facing this same dilemma as I feel mine isn’t working properly either. Interestingly, I DID remember the analog radio test and lo’ and behold, mine isn’t emitting ANY frequency, but my girlfriend’s is. So of course, now I’m left with feeling mine ISN’T working properly, hence why I haven’t been experiencing any relief when using the headache program or the lower back discomfort program for quite some time. I was so hoping to find an answer here on the forum. I guess I’ll have to reach out to the Aha Team via email to find out what to do in this situation.
They don’t have any useful suggestions beyond what was already discussed unfortunately.
It’s the only thing about the Halo that I dislike. Spending months with a faulty product that you are hoping is helping but in fact is doing nothing is a horrible thought. I’m still unsure about my own one as it has fallen out of my pocket more than once. I have a neck injury so can’t wear it from a lanyard.
Big sigh
You should have reached out to them when you suspected issues. I emailed and heard back right away. They are willing and wanting to help in any way they can if you have concerns.
We’re really sorry this has caused you concern.
he simple ways to observe whether it is running are to check if the breathing light is on during a program, or to use the radio test to observe the device’s field response.
If yours has been dropped or you’re unsure whether it is still working properly, please email support@ahaharmony.com with your order details and what happened. We’ll do our best to help check it and guide you on the next step.
Hi,
I don’t like wearing it on a lanyard either. Going to look for a small fanny pack just for the Halo.
Wish they had an armband for it. They do have an option to purchase a cross body bag with your Halo which would probably work better for some folks.
I see over and over again, where they ask people to email the support team at aha Harmony. support@ahaharmony.com.
They are, hands down, one of the best, if not THE best customer services teams I’ve ever experienced. They are truly a heart-centered company and it reflects in every aspect of the company ESPECIALLY in their customer service. ![]()
