I have found thet thta AhaHalo is not even able to handle any rain or Humidity 
we are down in Aruba and i carry my Halo in my pocket, it rained for a little bit and my Halo stopped working completely 
. It will not do anything at all:thinking:l

Well, it’s a sophisticated computerized scalar field frequency generator! It’s not meant to be getting wet. And I’m sure this is why they offer the crossbody bag as a layer of protection.

Were you able to get a resolution? Mine got some water splashed on it while I was wearing it and the display does not light up. I dried it off right away, took it out of the case and dried all around and inside the charging port and it still will not display.
