I have used my referral code numerous times. Yesterday, I gave it to a friend and, when she tried to use it, there was no discount.
I then tried to give her a referral code from someone else, figuring he could get the points. That also didn’t work for her.
We tried with two different browsers, and also using Incognito Window. Never a discount.
When I reached out to support, their answer was disappointing.
Is something broken on the site?

codes never seem to work ..
As an update, AhaHarmony tech confirmed that the web page had a problem and the links with the codes were not working, as I was seeing. After they made some changes, my friend was finally able to make a purchase and get the discount.
Of course I went back to verify that my idea to test in an Incognito Window and/or other browser was actually a valid test path. Good for future reference.
