Returns question and clarification

Is it easy to return the Aha Harmony within 30 days if needed when the customer is in the UK? Thank you

The “parent” company for AHA and Spooky2 products are very ethical, customer-focused and responsive! We had a problem develop with a Spooky2 device and after a quick video diagnosis with Tech Support they immediately authorized a replacement and return at their expense. There are not enough superlatives to describe the high quality of Tech and Teams that @JohnWhite and Echo have assembled!
