Does anyone know if there is a description list with brief descriptions of each program, like they have on Spooky2? Would be nice to know what some of the program are. For instance, there are three Sleep programs with different duration times, and there is a program called “Good Luck” but have no idea what that would be used for. There are many other programs that would be nice to know. Like what is the difference between Joint and Joint Discomfort?
I just got my halo yesterday and am also trying to learn, so I can’t really answer your question exactly, but I did watch the Q&A yesterday and they said a few times that they have to be careful about using certain words and descriptions, and that we have to interpolate some of the meanings.
As for things like joint vs joint discomfort, I assume one is addressing pain specifically and the other might be more like supporting nerve bundles or reducing inflammation or rebuilding tissue? If there is a better answer, someone please let us know!
I think we just have to experiment to see which things work best for us for which need. I also posted the question specifically about sleep, and I think I’ll just try them all and see what works for me. Last night I ran sleep 2 and got way better sleep than normal. And I didn’t use any other usual sleep aids so that I could see how it worked for me. Tonight I’ll try a different one and see how it goes…. So far my favorite daytime program has been song of the spine. It feels so nice.
Heya my understanding is no there isn’t but from what im seeing on the Facebook group people are asking for this write up on the frequencies. And i wish they would also add the frequency number for each subjective frequency.
For me that’s a big point that is missing here. I’m autistic and really have no clue with some of the programs. So at least a brief description would be needed to understand in which direction I have to go…
Hi if your on the Facebook group ive added the pdf file under file on the pg as i cant seem to load it on here but i was email it from halo
@Rachael, Hi Rachael, I am not on Facebook so can’t access the pdf you added there. If I give you my email address would you send it to me please?
Hi yes absolutely i can
Hi Rachael, could you send me, please, the pdf you added on Facebook? My e-mail is marinescu@comcast.net. Thank you very much, Nicolae Marinescu
Hi Rachael,
Do you know what is the difference between “Ear Discomfort” and “Ear Noise”? I have Tinnitus and I am hard of hearing. Thank you for your help and have a nice day! Nicolae Marinescu (my e-mail is: marinescu@comcast.net)
Hi Marinescu, in aha software, there is only ear noise program, you could find the explanation as below:
Ear Noise: Assists in reducing ear pressure for clearer hearing comfort.
That is NOT TRUE.
In AHA Software look in “Physical Wellbeing” and you will see “Ear Discomfort” for 01:24:00 and “Ear Noise” for 00:24:00. Just PAY attention and give people a proper answers if you want to be trusted.
AHA, HA, HA, HA! Are you newer than me in using AHA Software?
Nicolae Marinescu
I understood that each program is multiple frequencies and they are proprietary
Id love the list as well
I’ve been emailing support about that file. A lot of programs are missing from it and it also has a duplicate program with two different descriptions. Not sure it’s accurate. It’s also not typed very professional. Guess I would wait until someone at Aha decides to make all the corrections.
Hi Rachel
I’m not on Facebook and would also love the pdf. My email address is kathleentodd1@gmail.com
