Hi Sunny,
Personally im hoping ahah halo will put the frequencies in so we know the amount thats been sent out. So for sleep i feel ones going to be stronger thst the other. Although i could be wrong as its a little mystery at this point.
I’ve finally got some time to listen to the youtube presentation this evening, so I’ll update when I get to the part about sleep.
Well, I understand now that each sleep program is a little different, and that whichever one you choose will loop until you turn it off, so it won’t cycle through all of them during the night unless you manually change it. Does anyone have any experience with the programs to know which one might be best for various night difficulties? Like is one better for getting to sleep, another for staying asleep, etc…?
I’ve run Sleep III a number of times and it works for me. I have a tendency to wake up to use the bathroom and any little thing will get my mind going. Sleep III let’s me get back to snoozing.
Oh this is very useful, thank you! That is my exact problem is going back to sleep if I have to get up. I haven’t tried 3 yet but my plan is to try it tonight…
I was told the following: Sleep I - calms the body and the mind; Sleep II - manages emotional flux to enable a steadier sleep; Sleep III - deeper support for persistent sleeplessness and mood related sleep challenges. I can’t recall who shared this with me. Apologies.
Excellent, thank you.
I used one of the sleep programs on my first night using it and I had the deepest sleep! Amazing!
Hi Wildcrafted, which sleep programme did you use ?
Thank You. That is the type of information I would like to see added to the software, a simple brief description for each Program.
After I received the Halo yesterday I run GOOD SLEEP I during the night. I kept it under the pillow and I had an awesome sleep. I will repeat this for a while and see what happens. Around full moon I always have difficulties to fall asleep. It would be awesome when this little device would solve the issue. I will keep you updated if I stick to the first program or if I have to try the others too.
I have the same problem trying to sleep while there’s a full moon now. I’m still waiting to receive my Halo, but hoping it will help with this
Well I’ve tried all the sleep programs and they’re all working for me. I’ve use sleep 3 more than the others, so I’ll keep experimenting. I have a terrible time sleeping, and just to know how much the aha halo is doing I stopped everything else, such as melatonin. I’m consistently able to get back to sleep quickly when I wake up, and I’m getting about 7 hours a night! And according to my sleep tracker device I’m getting more deep sleep than usual. Only once in the past week has it been the same as before the aha halo, with most nights about double the deep sleep I usually get.
I used the Good Sleep program last night. I noticed a difference in that my sleep was healthy, with an added feeling that I can only describe as peace. And it seemed to me that there was no uncomfortable position. I let it run the entire night and just turned off the cycle when I got up in the morning.
Hi there ,
Do you have trouble falling asleep ?
I’ve had terrible trouble for years , did you notice better sleep on first night ?
Some people have said it’s quite energising at first and they couldn’t sleep , did you notice that , thanks
I have had trouble sleeping for years, both falling asleep & waking up constantly during the night.
The first night I had the halo I used sleep 111, I fell asleep quickly but woke a lot during the night. The same with sleep 11. I have used sleep 1 for 4 nights now & have had 4 nights good sleep…unusual for me to have that many good sleep in a row. I m going to stick with sleep 1 for a while. I may try the others again at some stage but will stick with what’s working for now as it’s been such a relief not lying awake for hours that I don’t want to jinx it.
Hi I fall asleep very quickly and wake up several times during the night. I also end up staying awake for hours sometimes! I have tried Sleep II for 2-3 nights and keep waking up after around 2 hours. Last night same thing happened - I ran the Sleep II and woke up after about 2 hours and noticed that the battery which I had charged to 100% just before I went to bed had run down to about 24%. I then turned it off and charged it again. When I woke up again around 4am, it was fully charged and I ran the Relaxation program. I fell asleep until 9:47am! Sleep I truly needed! I am going to try Sleep III tonight. Please advice about battery usage/deplete and which sleep program may be best for me . Thank you.
Hello Halo community, does anyone know if any of the sleep programs (or any other program) can be used for sleep apnea? Thank you all for sharing your experience with Halo
