Hi Pam! You can select programs through the Aha Halo software. Once your Halo is connected to your computer, browse the program library, choose the program you’d like to use, and add it to your Halo. You can then select it from the program list on the device.
For the joint discomfort you mentioned, you may want to explore Joint Discomfort (P). For parasite-related support, we also have Parasites (P) in the Peptide library.
