Hello. I am wondering what programs to run for chronic sciatica. Since Lower Back Discomfort and Back Discomfort seem to be around tension vs nerve irritation and bulging discs. Maybe there is a series of programs to run from Inflammation to Nerve to Lower Back Discomfort. Just looking for recommendation and best advice for a very large demographic of people as I know Aha can’t make claims. I am sure users/community has tried many combinations, if not on Halo, on many other devices. Thank you!

Many start with Inflammation for several days, then add Nerve and muscle/joint support, adjusting based on comfort. Keeping a simple log can help identify what works best.
Hello! I have bouts of sciatica in varying degrees. Up until now I have not focussed solely on the condition but have run several programmes in sequence that I believe would relate to the sciatica. Yesterday morning when awoke I decided to have a browse using Neuropathic Discomfort as the search topic. After a quick read I decided to run the neuropathic discomfort programme repeatedly throughout the day. Being able to select a programme and let it automatically repeat over and over is a good feature of the Aha Halo. I selected the programme, locked the screen, tucked it in my pocket and forgot all about it until mid evening when I suddenly realised all my aches and pains had virtually gone! I would not normally expect things to settle down quite as quickly as this and I felt like something different was happening. I have had this feeling before after running programmes, I can’t really explain it other than to say I feel very peaceful and ‘solid’ on a deep level. In some way this is telling me there had been a shift in my energy body that reflects in my physical body. I can’t honestly say the sciatica has settled down because of the programme or even attribute the relief to my Halo but I can’t deny the significant change and how quickly it has happened. I am running the programme again all day today and then so will probably then take a break. One other thing that could have had an influence is I have just resolved an issue that has weighed heavily on my mind for over a week now and it is quite feasible that could have impacted on the sciatica. One way or another I am feeling good and if sciatica pops up again I will do the same just using the neuropathic discomfort programme. Happy wellness!
