I have back issues that stem from an accident over 30 years ago. I select every programme that is related ie. Joint, joint discomfort, muscle and tendon, back discomfort and relevant pathway and cleansing programmes etc then I run them all 3 times each. After that I select whatever is talking the loudest ie back discomfort etc and run that everyday for a whole week. Sometimes I feel nothing is happening and then all of a sudden it eases off. Even when the back pain subsides I carry on until intuition tells me that’s enough. This kind of’ saturation supports the body as the body carries out its repair and rebuild work long after the pain has subsided. I also do everything I can to help my own inbuilt healing processes to do what they are actually quite amazingly very good at. Thus will include lots of rest, good diet, sensible activities that will not hinder or cause further issues. I also meditate using creative visualisation techniques which I have found to be very effective. Anything you can do to be proactive will help. Happy Haloing!
