I got one of the early models and used it firstly to treat tinnitus, running a program called “Ear noise”. After a week I didn’t notice any difference possibly because it needed longer exposure or maybe the program doesn’t have the right frequencies for that condition.
A few days prior to that, I twisted my foot doing some work in my garden. That probably damaged a muscle or torn a tendon (who knows). The fact is, I could not walk easily. Walking around was causing pain on my calf, sometimes as intense as cramps. After four days with no improvement, I run the program “Muscle and Tendon” all night. The next morning, I woke up and the pain was completely gone! Didn’t even feel a slight discomfort. Amazing!

That’s Amazing! I thought it was recommended not to use at night (except for sleep programs)? i want to use it while sleeping for aches and pains so your feedback is really helpful. have you used any other programs overnight?

I currently use the “Full Body Cleaning” program, overnight (while sleeping), unit placed under the pillow.
With this program I don’t expect to actually see any improvements but I’m sure it does its job.

I just got my Aha Halo. Frankly I am somewhat disappointed that you haven’t yet seen any help with tinnitus. I’ve suffered with that for over 2 years. But it is improving. Hope we both see it working with our tinnitus. Please continue using it for that. You may need more time for good results.
