Hi So happy to be here with all of you :two_hearts:.
My Aha machine arrived a few days ago however very strange while charging it over night, it didn’t charge. The machine was on a program. So I’m asking “how do I turn this device off” any help would be much appreciated

Hi.

Just thinking out loud… Perhaps the charger used to charge Aha halo was not powerful enough to compensate for the concurrent energy depletion caused by the running program? A faster, higher-wattage charger might help in such a case. I use an external USB-C charger rated at 65 Watts; and when I charge halo and run programs concurrently, the device charges without an issue.

Please see the instruction manual for the details of how to turn on/off the device.

BEST!!!
