I realize I’m coming in late in the coversation, but I’m a new Aha Halo user and the more research I do, the more I want to know about the HeaWea Microgen. Do you think they work well together? is it worth having both? Thank you
Hi Sunny. We have both. And use both. (Well, along with the entire Spooky line, lol.) Each part is a piece in the puzzle of health. In my opinion and observation, the HeaWea has more frequencies and programs that include “killing”. Whereas, the Halo is all about “healing”. Thus, if you’re looking for portable options, both work well together. And then we use the Spooky2 equipment for serious issues and remote options. Congrats on finding these wonderful options as holistic tools!
Thank you so much! I have so much to learn. Gosh, when it starts getting into Spooky 2, it seems like learning a whole new language!
Almost is, lol. We tried to learn one new component a week with Spooky2, so we didn’t get too overwhelmed. But seriously, all of these items work so well, both separately and together. Have fun experimenting to see what works best for you and yours. Happy Health!
I see a number of questions regarding the “consecutive days” concept. What does that mean? Ex: run 1 cycle of each program, over the # of consecutive days? Run multiple cycles (if so, how many)? Or run those programs continually for the recommended # of days?
TYIA for the additional info!
Hi,
Could you tell me how to get and load the 15 days Terrain Protocol for Heawea Microgen? I will greatly appreciate. Thank you, Nicolae
What id the heewea machine is not an option right now. Do we just go ahead and do the Ah halo for 1st cleansing , then pathways?
The HeaWea is another good product from this company. I’m wearing that right now for a pulled muscle along with my Halo.
But I think your strategy sounds great.
Hello Kerrylisaa!
I resonate with your thoughts on this and I felt the same when I first got my Aha Halo. Like a kid in a toy shop I tried everything and anything totally at random for about a week. It then made sense to me to commence on a focussed strategy geared to what my priority needs were. To do this I reviewed all the programmes I considered to be relevant to what I know is going to be a timely process as I have many health needs. From this reviewing I created a sequence that I would follow over time. I have already suggested to the development team the possibility of a ‘ sequence’ feature in the software.
This is the routine I created:-
Holistic is a good approach so I ran all the ‘pathways’ programmes all day for a week.
I then rested for a couple of days
I then ran all the ‘cleansing ‘ programmes all day for a week
I then rested for a couple of days
I then ran a selection from the ‘spiritual wellbeing’ programmes section for a few days
I then rested for a couple of days
I then focussed specifically on a particular issue for instance ‘Kidney’ of which I ran ‘Kidney’ pathways’ and ‘Kidney cleansing. I am still on that sequence and when have completed a weeks worth I will then do the same for ‘Liver’ using all the liver related programmes.
I will then rest for a couple of days
After that I will run these programmes three times each in sequence:-
Blood
Bone
Endocrine
Cell
Nerve
Vitamin and mineral
Seven chakras
Gratitude
Acceptance
Full body cleansing
I will then rest up for a whole week and review my progress. I learned not to have expectations and let the Aha Halo do its work with full trust and confidence in results I know will be achieved. Initially I had lots of feedback from my Aha Halo which then settled down. I times I didn’t feel like anything was happening but with time and patience J am now starting to feel something I have never felt from any other wellness modality, I felt very ‘solid’ and peaceful deep within my centre. I have a lot more to do yet and thus will become a lifetime routine. What a blessing we can just stick these gadgets in our pockets and carry on with our usual daily routines.
Being proactive with Aha Halo, or in fact any form of wellness activity I believe is the path to success and I do everything I can to support myself during these sessions such as diet m, exercise, rest, being kind to myself and of course expressing gratitude as this I consider to be an answered prayer. Sorry for such a long post . Good luck with your wellness journey. A journey I totally believe is possible for all if us! Regards!
Hi, Where is this 15 Day Terrain Protocol in Microgen Software?
Thank you,
Nicolae
Hi AHAHALO 987, Could you tell me where is HeaWea’s Terrain Protocol? I’ll greatly appreciate it. Thank you, Nicolae
Looks very good. Going to give this a try. Thanks.
Is it safe to run BEM terrain on the Spooky remote on low power at the same time as using the Halo to support detox? I was thinking of running Halo Lymph cleansing programmes and kidney and liver pathways to support the low voltage terrain, as I only have one XM generator. thanks
Thank you for this guidance. What is the protocol for running energy pathways?
Hi there VeriWellHallo and thank you for your post. Please clarify:
When you ran all the ‘pathways’ program all day for a week - you mean you ran each (and all) of the pathways program (and all the detox programs) all day - meaning one after the other everyday for one week?
Sorry for slow response. I try to stay offline as much as possible especially when I am running a focussed sequence. I do two sequences regularly as I have had a lot of accidents in the past and in my later years this manifests as a lot of aches and pains!
Sequence 1 all day for each programme:-
Lung Pathways
Large Intestine Pathways
Stomach Pathways
Spleen Pathways
Heart Pathways
Small Intestine Pathways
Bladder Pathways
Kidney Pathways
Pericardium Pathways
Triple Heater Pathways
Gall Bladder Pathways
Liver Pathways
This takes nearly two weeks. According to my daily schedule and the charging needs of the Halo this doesn’t necessarily mean I run each programme all day but as much as possible
To achieve a good saturation.
Sequence 2 all day ( as is practical )
All day full body cleansing
Next day 3x Blood cleansing, 3x Gut cleansing, 3x Heavy Metal Cleansing, 3xKidney Cleansing, 3x liver Cleansing, finishing off with a whole day of Lymphatic Cleansing. If I have not filled up a whole weeks worth I will then add whatever, perhaps one cycle at a time until I have completed approx a week.
I then rest for a whole week. Sometimes if I have time I will lay on bed and visualise healing energy taking the same route as each programme.
I still have my aches and pains but I am able to exercise regularly and get on with life. The really cool thing about the Halo is all this can be achieved with the Halo in my pocket as I get on with my busy days. I don’t adhere to anything that strictly if I am busy and just check every now and then to see if I need to change to the next programme or charge the unit.
I always pause when the unit needs charging as this gives a natural opportunity to rest. I believe resting is as important as running the programmes the body needs time to absorb whatever it is presented with. This is pretty much the recommended way with all energy healing.
A long reply! Then it is quite a discipline, which I believe is worthwhile. Wellness conditions don’t take time off so to be able to saturate with energy during that same time period is a real blessing. As a healer I don’t really have time to focus on such a disciplined schedule day in day out. This is what really attracted me to the Halo, as I said earlier, I have a lot of aches and pains and need as much wellness as I can get! I have had the Halo for about 4 months now and I anticipated results would take a while to manifest. I think it is important to have realistic expectations especially for some of my injuries which I have carried around within me for 30 to 40 years or so. I’m still here, still active and still plodding on!!! Good luck with your wellness journey!
Please be very careful with running any cleansing/detox and immune programs on Aha halo in case you might have a pre-existing auto-immune condition.
Please see the two threads below for what some people have experienced in such cases.
My nature is generally all or nothing
And I do tend to try and cram it all in. After the initial euphoria gained from using my Halo intensely for about three days I did realise that rest was just as important. I tried the sleep programmes and they kept me awake! From that I decided I would switch off when I bed down. I have experienced some very strange sensations when running the pathways intensely so I do rest and pick up again as I feel inspired to. I believe the Aha Halo will work well for you if you develop a knowledgable relationship with it and use your intuition to guide you especially when you need to rest. In my early years as a Reiki practitioner I would not allow follow up treatments for at least 2/3 weeks after as with many forms of energy healing a lot of release and healing happens while resting post treatment. I also try not to drive while running intense programme sequences. I have found some programmes bring results quite quickly and only need one cycle while other conditions need planned comprehensive sequences over time before results are apparent. It’s a very personal journey and is going to be as unique as we all are as individuals. Most importantly I have not become dependant and sometimes I forget I have it. Happy wellness!
Thank you for explaining your protocol. It sounds sound. I just got my AHA, and have been doing stomach and abdominal. I will try yours out starting tomorrow.
Hi 987. Thanks for giving us this very useful procedure for clearing out the body first.
