Gentle recommendations for a complete beginner?

Hi there,

I’m a complete novice and new to this type of technology. It’s very exciting and a little daunting too. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to ease myself gently into using this - what programmes to start with and for how long? I’ve started with ‘love’ this evening and I’m literally tingling!

Thanks for your help.

Blessings,

Jude

Hi Jude, first I would recommend watching all the YouTube videos on the AHA Harmony site here: https://www.youtube.com/@AhaHarmony. Then I would definitely encourage you to do research on frequencies and healing. Lots of info out there. The field of frequencies and healing goes way back. Enjoy your learning process.

Thank you very much for taking the time to reply to me @CommanderJoy - I’ll take a look at everything. Looking forward to learning as much as I can !

Depends mostly on your condition and interests.
As feedback here has shown, someone suffering from a chronic condition should better start lightly and use support programs like Pathways or Cell rather than to address his condition directly. As many conditions are caused by pathogens, killing them might easily overload a body already fighting a disease.

If you are in good condition, a thorough detox regimen is usually a good way to start with.
Or, if you lean on the spiritual path rather, see what the meditation programs can do to support your insights.

Generally, get used to it step by step. Don’t overdo it and give your body long breaks to “process” the frequencies. Start with short cycles and if no complaints, extend them every few days.

Please be very careful with running any cleansing/detox and immune programs on Aha halo in case you might have a pre-existing auto-immune condition.

Please see the two threads below for what some people have experienced in such cases.

Thank you for the advice @UBogun . Yes, a slow/ light start without overwhelming myself seems like the way to begin. I’ve started as suggested with the support programmes and will work my way up to lengthier programmes. I’m interested to see what insights I might gain from the spiritual programmes - thank you again for replying - much appreciated.

Thank you so much for this advice @CKB. I do have an auto-immune disorder so I will start very very gently. I appreciate your comments - thank you!

There is great information on Halo site, use the chat to ask protocols and how to start. It told me to start with 1 kidney cleanse, notice any symptoms, then if you’re ok, use that 1 kidney cleanse for 3 weeks before adding any other programs. My husband and I had a hard time sleeping the first night. Here is that info; “For chronic pain, it’s best to start with a fundamental cleansing program first, such as Full Body Cleansing or Liver Cleansing, to help detoxify and improve your body’s internal environment. These cleansing programs are suitable for daily and long-term use.

Here’s how to approach it:

  • Start with one cleansing program to see how your body responds. Test it once initially to observe any effects.

  • Run the chosen cleanse consistently every day for at least a few weeks to allow your body to adjust and benefit.

  • After establishing the fundamental cleanse, you can add case-specific programs targeting your chronic pain areas (like Back Discomfort or Neuropathic Discomfort) and root cause layers (such as Seven Chakras or Solfeggio).

  • Consider scheduling a detox day on Monday using cleansing programs combined with lemon water for enhanced effect.

Remember, consistency is key, and combining cleansing with targeted programs often yields better results. Always listen to your body and adjust as needed.

If you want to explore program combos or get inspiration, you can visit our blog on Aha Program Combos.

Safety tip: Always test new programs individually before combining multiple ones.”
