Thoughts on how to best utilize Halo for optimal wellness

When I first got my Halo, I went straight to the programs that would alleviate my aches and pains. Those would be the program categories of “Comfort” and “Physical Wellbeing”. However, to truly reach my goal of optimal wellness, I’m thinking I should first begin with those programs in “Cleansing” to detox my body, then move on to the programs in “Energy Pathways” to make sure I don’t have any energy/chi blockages in my body. Those seem foundational and necessary to build upon and, by doing so, I’ll not only find relief for all of my aches and pains, but actual healing. I don’t just want band-aids, I want to heal myself. I would be curious on others thoughts regarding this.

Dear customer,

You can do this. Also, please note that Aha has different running times for different health conditions.

For acute conditions, we recommend wearing the device throughout the day until you notice improvements.

For chronic conditions, it may take more days to observe noticeable changes.

Unless using a sleep-related program, we suggest turning off the device at night when running other programs. This allows your body time to restore its natural functions.

Hi, I happened to see your query while I’m browsing through the forum. I had the same question yesterday, whether to start with the Cleansing or Energy Pathways programs. I got the following answer from Perplexity Pro, I hope you find it useful like I did =

Based on the principles of detoxification and energy system optimization, it would generally be more effective to start with the Cleansing programs before moving on to the Energy Pathways programs.

Why Cleansing First

  1. Preparation of the Body’s Systems:
Cleansing programs help remove accumulated toxins and waste products from organs like the kidneys and liver, which are responsible for filtering and processing substances in the body. This creates a “clean slate” that allows the body’s natural processes to function more efficiently.

  2. Foundation for Energy Work:
By first addressing the detoxification pathways through cleansing programs, you’re establishing a stronger foundation for the energy work that follows. The body’s energy systems function more effectively when not burdened by accumulated toxins or metabolic waste.

  3. Physiological Sequence:
This approach follows a logical physiological sequence - first clear obstructions (detoxify), then optimize function (energy pathways). This is similar to how you would clean a filter before expecting it to work at peak efficiency.

Transition to Energy Pathways

After completing the cleansing programs (particularly focusing on the kidney, liver, and gut cleansing), transitioning to Energy Pathways programs makes sense because:

  1. Optimized Energy Production:
The body’s three energy systems (Phosphagen, Glycolytic, and Oxidative/Aerobic) can function more efficiently after cleansing has removed potential impediments to optimal performance.

  2. Enhanced Cellular Function:
Energy pathways work at the cellular level to improve energy production and utilization. These processes benefit from the improved cellular environment that results from cleansing.

  3. Progressive Approach:
This sequence represents a progressive approach to wellness - moving from elimination of negatives (toxins) to enhancement of positives (energy production and flow).

This sequential approach (cleansing first, then energy pathways) aligns with holistic health principles that recognize the interconnected nature of the body’s systems and the importance of establishing a clean foundation before building upon it.

If I have already run the terrain on spooky2 twice, do I still need to do the aha cleanse.? And how long does it take?

I’ve read on this that I should only run the aha halo for 15 minutes , I’m assuming those instructions will be with the device when it arrives.

I really appreciate the concise directions.

The cleansing and energetic pathways programs are relatively short in duration. I was able to go through all of them in less than two days. Only 4 of the cleansing programs were over an hour. All others were in the 20-30 minutes range. Some ran longer than one cycle because I was busy doing my normal stuff and would forget to change them. You really get used to having the crossbody bag on.

THanks, I waiting for the delivery now. I will try it your way!

Hi all, I thought I’ll share the below. Do note that I’m just a normal user and I don’t have any specialised knowledge in the best ways to use Aha/Heawea. The best advise would be that that’s given by the company, so treat the following as a casual sharing of views. I tried asking “Perplexity Pro” on how a user should approach the running of programs if they intended to try using both the Terrain Protocol and Cleansing Programs, and here’s the answer =

When planning to use both HeaWea’s Terrain Protocol and Aha Harmony’s Cleansing Programs, several important considerations should guide your approach to maximize benefits while ensuring safety and effectiveness.

[Understanding the Terrain Protocol]

The HeaWea Terrain Protocol is a comprehensive 15-day detoxification program designed to systematically remove toxins from your body. It follows a specific sequence:

  1. Days 1-2: Metal removal (Terrain 01 and 02)
  2. Day 3: Chemical material removal (Terrain 03)
  3. Days 4-5: Systemic toxin removal (Terrain 04 and 05)
  4. Days 6-7: Intestinal and additional systemic toxin removal (Terrain 06 and 07)
  5. Day 8: Parasites and liver function (Terrain 08)
  6. Days 9-10: Kidney function (Terrain 09 and 10)
  7. Day 11: Blood cleansing (Terrain 11)
  8. Days 12-13: Kidney/liver toxins and intestinal parasites (Terrain 12 and 13)
  9. Days 14-15: Lymphatic system (Terrain 14 and 15)1

Each program runs for 1-4 hours daily and targets specific detoxification pathways in a carefully designed sequence.

[Recommended Approach: Complete Terrain Protocol First]

It is generally recommended to complete the full 15-day Terrain Protocol before beginning Aha Harmony’s individual cleansing programs for several important reasons:

1. Sequential Detoxification Logic

The Terrain Protocol follows a specific detoxification sequence that begins with removing metals and chemicals before addressing organ-specific cleansing. This sequence is intentionally designed to:

  • First remove heavy metals and chemicals that could interfere with subsequent detoxification processes
  • Prepare the elimination pathways before stimulating deeper organ cleansing
  • Systematically support each body system in a complementary order

Interrupting this sequence could potentially reduce its effectiveness or create detoxification bottlenecks.

2. Comprehensive Foundation

The Terrain Protocol provides a thorough baseline detoxification that creates an optimal foundation for more targeted programs:

“The Terrain Protocol will help remove heavy metals, chemicals, systemic toxins, and pathogens from your body and improve the health of the organs and lymphatic system. Thus, your body will be able to recover on its own after getting rid of the toxins.”

This comprehensive approach ensures that when you later use Aha Harmony’s more specific programs (like Kidney or Liver Cleansing), they can work more effectively on a “cleaner” system.

[Transitioning Between Protocols]

After completing the 15-day Terrain Protocol, allow 3-5 days of rest before beginning Aha Harmony’s cleansing programs. This rest period gives your body time to process released toxins and restore energy reserves.

When you begin Aha Harmony’s programs, start with their Kidney Cleansing program since it addresses a fundamental detoxification pathway. Follow with Liver Cleansing and then proceed through the other recommended programs in sequence:

  1. Kidney Cleansing (1:33:00) - Start with this program as it directly addresses blood pressure regulation and fluid balance, which is fundamental for overall detoxification.
  2. Liver Cleansing (0:21:00) - Follow with liver support as it’s essential for processing toxins and supporting metabolic health.
  3. Gut Cleansing (1:36:00) - This is the next recommended program as it optimizes digestion and nutrient absorption, which builds upon the foundation established by kidney and liver cleansing.
  4. Lymphatic Cleansing (1:15:00) - After addressing the primary detoxification organs, focus on the lymphatic system to enhance overall detoxification and immune support.
  5. Blood Cleansing (0:30:00) - This program helps improve circulation and oxygen delivery, which complements the previous cleansing programs.
  6. Full Body Cleansing (1:18:00) - A comprehensive program that integrates the benefits of the previous targeted cleanses.
  7. Heavy Metal Cleansing (0:39:00) - The final recommended program, addressing specific toxins that may remain after the other cleansing programs.

This sequence follows a logical progression from core detoxification pathways (kidneys and liver) to supportive systems (gut and lymphatic), followed by circulation enhancement (blood) and finally comprehensive approaches (full body and specific toxins).

By following these guidelines and completing the full Terrain Protocol before moving to Aha Harmony’s programs, you create an optimal foundation for detoxification while minimizing potential detox reactions and maximizing the effectiveness of both systems.

Thanks for the info. It’s very helpful. I have a question though. How would you space out the cleansing programs? All in one day, one after the other until finished, one or two a day? I don’t want to overwhelm my body.

Queste sono informazioni importanti.
Spero arrivi aha halo.

[I should mention again that I’m just a normal user with no particular expertise in using devices like the Aha Harmony. The following recommendation is by Perplexity Pro AI, depending on how a user phrases the question, the AI might give different suggestions.]

For following Aha Harmony’s cleansing programs, here’s a simple protocol:

  1. Kidney Cleansing (1:33:00): Run for 3 consecutive days, then rest for 2 days. This program is foundational, addressing blood pressure regulation and fluid balance.
  2. Liver Cleansing (0:21:00): Run for 2 consecutive days, then rest for 2 days. The liver is crucial for processing toxins, so a slightly shorter duration is recommended to avoid overloading it.
  3. Gut Cleansing (1:36:00): Run for 3 consecutive days, then rest for 2 days. This program optimizes digestion and nutrient absorption, building on the previous cleanses.
  4. Lymphatic Cleansing (1:15:00): Run for 2 consecutive days, then rest for 2 days. This program enhances detoxification and immune support, and a shorter duration helps prevent overstimulation.
  5. Blood Cleansing (0:30:00): Run for 1 day, then rest for 3 days. This program is shorter due to its focus on circulation and oxygen delivery, which can be sensitive.
  6. Full Body Cleansing (1:18:00): Run for 2 consecutive days, then rest for 2 days. This comprehensive program integrates previous benefits.
  7. Heavy Metal Cleansing (0:39:00): Run for 1 day, then rest for 3 days. This program is optional and should be used if you suspect heavy metal toxicity. It’s shorter due to the specific focus on heavy metals.

The number of run days and rest days varies based on the program’s intensity and the body system targeted. Programs like Kidney and Gut Cleansing require more time due to their foundational roles in detoxification, while Liver and Lymphatic Cleansing are slightly shorter to avoid overloading these critical organs. Blood and Heavy Metal Cleansing are shorter due to their specific focus and potential sensitivity.

When using the AHA Harmony cleansing programs for the specified number of days, should a program be run only once per day, or run more than once, or used all day in a loop? If it is run once per day, can unrelated programs (such as relaxation or gratitude) be run in the remainder of the day? And can other programs be run on the ‘rest’ days? Thank you so much for your help in understanding how to best use these.

Dear friend, I believe that there is no point in wanting to go too far, but on the contrary, to maximize your chances of success. Do the cleanses as indicated, in a loop, say from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., and do nothing during the rest days. You will have time once the entire cleanse is finished to execute the other programs. Your body needs to assimilate these cleanses and the nights and days of rest will do it good.

Kidney Cleansing (1:33:00): Run for 3 consecutive days - you mean full 3 consecutive days, i.e. 72 hours continuously?

I thought I read on facebook to run each program 3-4 times. You’re saying it’s ok to run for 12 hours? Thanks
