VAGUS NERVE scalar frequency

This song was born directly from my day and became a reflection of what I was actually experiencing. :sparkles: After receiving reassuring results from my breast and thyroid ultrasounds, I felt a deep need to slow down and integrate everything I had received. The day had also brought beautiful moments, errands, unexpected inconveniences, and frustrating encounters on the road that reminded me how important it is to protect my inner peace.

When I came home, I ran the Vagus Nerve scalar frequency through my Aha Halo frequency device, rested, and allowed myself to release the day rather than continue carrying it. That is when the message became clear: I cannot control what others bring into the world, but I can choose what I allow into my own inner space.

From that realization came the words: “What belongs to others passes by me. What belongs to me is peace.” :herb:

The experience became the lyrics, the lyrics became music, and now I’m playing the song over and over while integrating, receiving, and aligning with the very message that created it. It feels like the song became part of the experience itself. :musical_notes::sparkles:What Belongs to Me Is Peace by Renata Cerveny | Suno

Hi Renata, thank you so much for sharing this with the community. :purple_heart:

We’re glad to hear you received reassuring news, and it’s beautiful to see how you turned the emotions and experiences of the day into something so personal and creative.

We especially love the reflection, “What belongs to others passes by me. What belongs to me is peace.” It’s such a meaningful reminder to slow down, create a little space, and reconnect with ourselves.

Thank you for sharing both your Aha Halo experience and your song with us. :sparkles:

I use vagus nerve frequently and cortisol balance too, although less frequent, and vagus nerve helps me to sleep, I use it more than good sleep
