Young Body (P) and autoimmune diseases

Is there any information on how AHA affects autoimmune diseases, in which the immune system should actually be calmed down, not encouraged to work even harder?
I’m specifically interested in the Young Body (P) program.

Hi Lysa

I’m extremely certain that when the amazing John White is writing these healing programs he only has the most positive and supportive intentions for everyone’s well being. You have nothing to worry about.

Thanks for the reply. I don’t doubt John at all, but I’d really like to hear his thoughts on this, or any feedback the company already has. I’ve seen other posts here where people with autoimmune diseases are using the Immune program — some have good results, while others have bad reactions. A lot of people with autoimmune conditions don’t really understand what’s actually going on in their body, and I’ve seen cases where even professionals don’t grasp how deep it goes. That’s why I’d like to know what John or the company behind Aha says specifically about this kind of body state.

I’d also recommend the book Organ Speak: What It Really Means to Listen to Our Bodies by Giulia Enders to anyone dealing with autoimmune issues. It completely breaks down the usual “your body is attacking itself” view of autoimmune reactions and shows you something very different. Once you see it that way, you naturally start approaching your own self-healing from a whole new angle.

Lysa, I can’t understand your question. Are you assuming the AHA makes your autoimmune worse? It is a small and mighty healer. When we have autoimmune, it’s from unhealthy microbiomes (bad gut health). Therefore use the gut cleansing and stick with those for a couple of weeks. Building up slowly so you don’t get Herxx reactions. You can read many posts that say “I used Aha and feel worse” that is normal if you go too fast like any other healing modalities. Slow and steady. One program one day and build up, until you can use two, etc.

No, I wasn’t suggesting that AHA makes autoimmune problems worse. I’d just like to hear the creators’ thoughts on how the body handles autoimmune issues. Especially regarding the Young Body program I’ve been using for the past two months. I’m sure they took that into account. Bad gut health is definitely important and plays a big role in autoimmune reactions, but it’s not the only trigger — the whole process is more complex than that. That’s why I recommended the book, because it explains it really well in a simple, clear way.

I understand you now. Your other posts didn’t show up when I answered your first post, so I had part of your conversation. I hope you get your answer. I’ve had good luck sending questions like yours straight to support@ahaharmony.com Good luck.

Thanks, I appreciate that. I’ll probably send it to support as well, but I thought it would be better to post it here first so more people could benefit and maybe feel encouraged to look at their own challenges in a new way. I believe it’s good to stay open to seeing our health from fresh perspectives, so we don’t get stuck in the usual patterns. Especially with autoimmune issues, where the body seems to be asking for dialogue and understanding. That’s why reading the book prompted me to ask this question in the first place.

Charla… I just wanted to share from my personal experience, running Aha halo programs stimulating immune system response will exacerbate pre-existing autoimmune issues. Please see this thread for more information. Thank you and God Bless.

That’s exactly what I’m curious about. Since we don’t know exactly what’s in the Young Body program, I’d like to know if John included an immunity program when he created it. He mentioned there are a lot of frequencies in it, so I’d really appreciate his take before I continue using it. I understand he can’t reveal everything that’s in the programs, but could he at least clarify this part? Because if it does include immunity frequencies, then those of us with autoimmune issues should probably stop running that program.

Lysa… I consider your question and underlying concern fundamental and absolutely valid due to my personal experience to date and select other folks’ accounts posted in the forum.

My specific ailments are:

  • Cold Agglutinin Disease (CAD) (autoimmune hemolytic anemia, where immune system destroys red blood cells due to them being tagged with errant IgM protein)
  • Monoclonal Gammopathy (IgM errant protein being produced by impaired B-cell clones)
  • Spleen Lymphoma (SMZL) (suspected as a potential cause of the first two conditions, but unproven as of yet)
  • Enlarged Spleen (Splenomegaly) (spleen is double the normal size, with growth due to cellular refuse from CAD and possibly, the suspected lymphoma’s impaired B-cell population)
  • Jaundice (side effect of large quantities of bilirubin being released into blood stream due to the massive red blood cell destruction)

I have found that any modality – Aha halo, Spooky2 Scalar, Spooky2 remote/contact, Peptide Presets used in Spooky2 system – where running frequency programs cause immune system modulation/stimulation have generally worsened my condition.

Charla… I saw your reply in the other thread: thank you! I will keep you in my prayers and ask for God’s protection and healing for you. Please kindly be careful when using and try to find out the composition of the Holistic Body Care/Cell program in Aha halo. I used that very program back in 2025, after receiving my Aha halo. After initial experimentation with select programs, I stopped using other programs and ran only the Cell program. The reasoning being, I understood from forum and webinar discussion/Q&A, this program was meant to support cellular well-being of healthy cells and also effect recovery to normal state of any sick cells, anywhere in the body. (This is in line with what had been observed by Prof. Konstantin Meyl, who reported such effects of Scalar fields on human cells when he worked with his Scalar field device.) I used that program exclusively for about 6 months in 2025. However, my condition got worse that year; and I ended up in a hospital, having an emergency blood transfusion, due to critically decreased hemoglobin. It had gone down from low-yet-stable 8-9 range to 6 (vs. normal 13.5-17). I am not saying that the Cell program caused this to occur; but, in general, I believe we need to be extremely careful when experimenting and using programs that impact our cellular functions, since there may be side effects or reactions we may not be able to anticipate and/or reverse.

May God Bless you both!

Thank you for explaining your concern so clearly.

John has already shared a fuller explanation of Young Body and the design thinking behind Aha programs in this video: https://youtu.be/VaNyrebRwH8

CKB, thank you so much for all the information you shared. I am truly sorry to hear that you’ve had such intense experiences, and I sincerely hope your body begins to find a deeper state of calm and balance. Sending you tons of support, and thank you again for sharing your journey with us here.

My intention in starting this thread—rather than just reaching out to customer support privately—was, and still is, about mutual support. I deeply believe we need to be here for one another as we explore what is possible with frequencies and the AHA device, which I still think is absolutely excellent. By reading other people’s experiences and asking questions, we can discover so much together.

Thank you to the AHA admin for providing the video link. I highly encourage everyone to grab the transcript of that video, feed it into an AI tool alongside their own specific health challenges, and see if they are using the AHA device correctly, or if they need to adjust their programs.

Autoimmune challenges are a very specific branch of health issues, and every single story is completely unique. It is so vital to listen to our bodies, trust our intuition, and take it step by step. An autoimmune reaction truly requires an ongoing dialogue with your own body.

To make this thread as useful as possible—which was my original goal—I want to briefly share what happened to me.

I had been using a Western herbal therapy for SIBO for about three months, which included a tea made of over 50 herbs and two tinctures. Two months ago, I started using the AHA device. Since I didn’t have any specific major health complaints at the time, and having listened to Q&A sessions with Echo and John, I started running the Young Body (P) program. It felt logical to me that by renewing my cells, I would allow my body to heal itself.

However, about a week ago, I noticed the onset of a mild case of oral Lichen Planus. This is an autoimmune condition, and it was a clear sign that my body was telling me: “This is too much.”

Because of this, I immediately stopped both the herbal tea and the AHA device, and I began researching what Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) says about this kind of reaction.

I then ran the video transcript through an AI, along with my full history, to analyze what went wrong. Here is a summary of the conclusion we reached:

  • The TCM Perspective (The “Dry Fire”): The 50-herb SIBO tea did its job clearing the gut, but because it was highly drying and clearing by nature, using it for three months completely depleted my Yin (body fluids and deep tissue moisture). In TCM, when Yin is dried out, it creates “Empty Heat” or a “Dry Fire” that rises upward, erupting as inflammation in the oral mucosa (Lichen Planus).
  • The Frequency Overload: While my body was in this depleted, dried-out state, running the Young Body (P) program non-stop was simply too much information. The program contains powerful peptides like FOXO4-DRI (cellular clearing) and Thymulin/Thymosin Alpha 1 (immune training/stimulation). For a highly sensitive system that was already bone-dry and hyper-reactive post-SIBO, this constant energetic signaling created a “short circuit” in my immunity.
  • The Takeaway for Sensitive Systems: John White’s advice to run Young Body 24/7 is a fantastic general protocol for a baseline, healthy body. But for someone in an active autoimmune shift or with severe Yin deficiency, less is more. The cells need periods of silence to process the data, otherwise, even good frequencies can over-stimulate.

Fortunately, it is a very mild case because I listened to my intuition and stopped everything immediately. (Interestingly, the practitioner who formulated the tea—who knows nothing about Chinese Medicine—told me I should keep drinking it for another two months!).

I am sharing all of this here so that anyone with autoimmune tendencies who happens to come across this post while running Young Body might pause, tune in, and look for answers before their body rebels.

For now, I am taking a total break from the AHA device to let everything calm down and let my body rest in complete silence. Once the oral lichen is fully resolved and my mucosa is completely healed, I will slowly restart. But I will do it differently: I will start with basic nervous system/calming programs first to ground my immunity, and only then introduce Young Body gradually—perhaps just once a day or every other day, instead of 24/7.

Before this happened, I didn’t know what I know now about autoimmune triggers, but we don’t usually dive deep into research until something happens to us personally. Because I truly believe we should be a support system for one another, I am leaving my full experience here for any future travelers on their own path to healing.

Wishing you all the very best on your journeys!
