Aha halo programs for diverticulosis and diverticulitis

Could you please be so kind and share any suggestions on which specific programs it might be best to run on Aha halo, and with what sequence and duration, for diverticulosis (pathology) and diverticulitis (infection caused by the above pathology)?

Thank you!

Hi CKB, because everyone’s body is different, the program that suits them will also be different. We recommend that you try different programs and then decide which program is more suitable for you based on your own body feedback.

Hi. Thank you so much for sharing – greatly appreciated. I understand this is a general type of guidance that will apply to most people. However, I was looking for more specific guidance related to diverticulosis as pathology and diverticulitis as type of infection. Since both are related to the intestines, I think I could run programs related to the intestines, small and large. However, I am not sure whether there might be any other programs, which when run, could be beneficial to a person suffering from this particular affliction. I think it is one think to perceive and assess how one’s body responds to a specific program being run and another one to actually being able to assess whether specific program is helpful in remediating the pathology and/or infection. I think that for diverticulosis, some sort of bodily scan might be required – i.e., CAT scan, MRI – in order to confirm whether intestinal abscesses may have disappeared. Thank you and kindest regards. CKB

Thank you for the thoughtful message. You are absolutely right that diverticulosis and diverticulitis are more specific situations, and they are not something that can be judged simply by how a program feels during use.

At the moment, we do not have one program specifically named for diverticulosis or diverticulitis, so we would usually think in terms of supportive combinations rather than a one-to-one match.

A more focused starting combination would be:

Large Intestine Pathways — to support intestinal energy flow and coordination
Inflammation (P) — to support a calmer tissue response and overall comfort
Immune (P) — to support immune resilience during times of physical stress

If the digestive side feels more prominent day to day, Gut Cleansing (P) may also be worth rotating in as part of a broader gut-support routine.

And yes, for something like abscesses or active infection, proper medical follow-up is still very important. Imaging and clinical assessment are the right way to monitor whether that type of issue has truly resolved. Our programs are best viewed as supportive wellness tools alongside appropriate medical care, not as a way to confirm internal healing.
