Is it possible to change the battery? at some point a new battery will be needed!

Dear, Aha can be charged with a mobile power bank, but it is recommended to use with the original USB cable.

I know the AHA HALO battery can be charge with A Cellphone Power Bank if the battery IS NOT DEAD (has less than 500 recharge cycles), I did not ask to RE-CHARGE the battery, my question was:
Can I use (TURN ON) AHA HALO if the battery is DEAD (AFTER 500 or 600 recharge cycles AHA HALO will not turn on) just by using a Cellphone Portable Power Bank or turn it on by connecting it to a computer?
That means that if the battery is DEAD (after 500 or 600 recharge cycles) I can no longer use the AHA HALO (even if I connect it to a Cellphone Portable Power Bank or to a computer) and I have to throw it in the garbage and buy a NEW one?
Hope I clarify my question and now I can get answers to it.
