Edit: figured it out but don’t know how to delete this message .
The icon on my computer changed into a generic page-holder icon. When I search the message is: “the drive or network connection that halo shortcut refers to is unavailable. Make sure the disk is properly inserted (I don’t use disks) or the network resource is available, then try again”
I tried to reinstall the software and I got this message: “ the drive or UNC share you selected does not exist or is not accessible. Please select another” ( no idea what this means)
please advise. This is all too complicated.
I cannot download software, computer does not recognize halo when plugged into usb, and there is no acknowledgement of halo program on the computer at this time.
