Error Message After Latest Software Update

I went through the normal process of installing the update.

  1. Turned off Halo
  2. Plugged Halo into pc
  3. Turned on Halo
  4. Loaded Aha Halo software
  5. Clicked to install update
  6. After the update completed, clicked “Update & Quit”
  7. Clicked to load software and received the error message

Will I need to uninstall the software, and re-install?

The best solution we have at the moment is to uninstall and re-install an older version, or do a System Restore (Windows) to a point before the glitch. Older Version Reinstall Procedure Be sure to read the entire post. Maybe Support has a fix by now.

After my original post, I did uninstall and reinstall and was able to resolve the issue.

If you meet same problem in the future, could you open the Task Manager and check if there is an AHA software process running? Previously, we found that having an AHA process running in the background could cause this error.
