Hi Halo Community,
I have just updated my software, however it stopped working. The list of frequencies have gone and the error code I receive is it cannot contact the Halo API.
I do not know if this is specific to my setup, it worked fine before. If anyone else is experiencing this issue, please reply to the thread.
I have reverted back to re-installing the software and skipping the update to keep things running.

I am having the same problem. The programs won’t show. The Halo is not recognized.
When I select software update I get this message.
An exception of type SQLErrorExceptionMBS with error code 1 has occured at HarmonyAPI.
no such table: LocalizedPrograms
Make sure your computer is connected to the internet and no firewall is blocking the app’s communication.
I am using a Macintosh computer
I am also having this problem, am using a MacBook Air. Please advise if we need to return AHA back to factory settings.
Has this been resolved? If so, please advise.
There was an emergency update to build 228 published that fixes this bug. Please simply run the software and update again.
EDIT:
If this should not be possible: Please reinstall build 223 from the website and update directly to build 228.

Same problem. Could not open the program anymore. Had to re-install older version again and then I lost my log in for the forum too. Great. 
I am getting 2 programs e.g. wealth luck on my aha halo. I have deleted both wealth programs and then uploaded it again and still have that problem. It is also doing that with another program which I deleted. I am wondering if I should delete all the programs and then re-install all that I want. Please enlighten me.
You can try, It can not hurt. You can also use the reset button after that.
The links on the left side menu do not work either. Cannot access the forum from there or the Aha site.
Had the same problem. Had to delete and reinstall the software. Now it is ok
My software update finally worked, but now, my left panel menu doesn’t load for anything but the halo/programs (whew, I guess). Someone else mentioned this problem on this thread too. Anything to try? I’ve redownloaded from the website several times, but still the same issue. Not the end of the world of course, but it’s not right, so I want to try to fix.
