Foot Love & Alignment

What would be a combination for foot pain and alignment? I have been using Muscles & tendons and was looking for something more focused.

Thank you for your question.

:herb: Suggested combination

You may consider building a small, consistent set such as:

Joint – Supports joint mobility and alignment in weight-bearing areas
Cartilage – Helps maintain cushioning and flexibility within joints
Bone – Supports structural integrity over time
Muscle and Tendon – Continues to support soft tissue balance and recovery

:small_blue_diamond: For pain or flare-ups

Body Discomfort or Muscle Discomfort – For general tension relief
Inflammation – Helps calm tissue responses when irritation is present

:herb: How to use

• Select 2–4 core programs and use them consistently rather than rotating too many
• Keep Muscle and Tendon as part of your base, and layer in Joint / Bone / Cartilage for structure
• Add discomfort-focused programs only when needed

Since the feet carry daily load and alignment patterns from the entire body, progress is often gradual and cumulative, especially when related to posture or structural habits.:smiling_face_with_three_hearts:
