My halo seems to get very hot, does anyone experience this?

Yes, I’ve noticed that too, but I use it at night in the bag and it is usually under the covers with me. I usually keep it in the mesh pocket of the carry bag to allow the heat to escape some.
The Halo may become warm or even hot after prolonged use, especially during summer. However, there’s no need to worry—this won’t damage the device or harm the user.
If using it for extended periods or in hot environments, you can help it dissipate heat by:
Using the lanyard (to keep it suspended)
Placing it on an uncovered surface (e.g., a table).
