Ok I watched the video so how do I go about cleansing the kidneys? Are you saying do the kidney cleanse first before moving to cleanse the others? Thank you for info!
Cleansing the kidneys first seems to be the way to go, followed by the liver. There was a thread about this on the AHA facebook page too. Have a look at the Dr. Jörg Prinz training/info video He gives a protocol which I followed.
I have a pretty clean system and did all the programs over a day for three days in his suggested order. However, if you are very toxic, that could be a bad idea. Maybe do the kidney cleanse and see how you are after that.
