I have been using various programs for a week. All good. I got a notification of a new brain fog program. Tried an update could not find it. Tried again . No good. Even using Alt key as well.
So I tried reinstalling software. Now no programs are showing up at all. The original ones installed on the Halo are there. The program also says no programs in the Library.
I would be grateful for any ideas before a factory reset.
