Tried un-installing and re-installing software no change. Tried pressing ALT and “Software Update” that downloaded the latest Programs but no Add Delete buttons.
Please first check whether the software shows that your Aha Halo is connected on the right side of the screen. If it shows not connected, the device may not be being recognized properly, which can also affect whether the Add/Delete buttons appear.

Yes it always loads the programs in the My Halo box.
I clicked the Windows little screen size box and the Load/Delete buttons appeared. Now any screen size shows the buttons. Go figure! I also ran the Good Luck Program.
