Neck Issues Beyond Basic Neck Issues

I scanned all existing topics/subjects, but haven’t found anything quite like what I’m experiencing with my neck. To simplify, my neck is my biggest issue, other than that, I haven’t any other glaring health issues. Headaches, in varying levels of pain, even migraines (when I never used to get them) started “ruling my life” about 10 years ago. I was told by a trusted chiropractor, about 5 years ago, that I had a degenerative joint in my neck, which I’m guessing is the culprit (sometimes it’s as if I have a “toothache” in my neck, in that specific area, and that leads to headaches).

Besides that, my neck seems to be “fragile” for whatever reason, as there are times by simply turning my head creates sharp pains and cracking sounds. When I get these specific headaches (they’re not like a simple regular headache) or if I KNOW it’s going to turn into a migraine, I simply do a coffee enema (we call them “coffee breaks,” lol), as we do NOT put anything toxic into our bodies (at least that is within our control).

We started coffee enemas for cleansing the liver approx. 13 years or so ago (learned of this via The Gerson Institute), and within that time, I learned how it was my answer to ridding me of the headaches as they are great for pain as well. So that is my go-to remedy when they come on. Unfortunately, these headaches can come on from just one day to recur and persist for days on end (up to two weeks). There seems to be no rhyme or reason.

Our Aha Halos are arriving tomorrow (yaaay) and this will be one of the first things I want to address, but am not sure which frequencies would best fit my situation. I am aware of all of the obvious programs that can most definitely benefit me (e.g. Song of the Spine, Bone, Joint, Inflammation, Cartilage, AND Young Body) and of course the Shoulder and Neck Discomfort, Joint Discomfort, Head Discomfort, and Intense Head Discomfort for WHEN a headache occurs, but curious how I should approach this specific degenerative joint and crazy neck issue. Curious if anyone can suggest an approach to my situation, including IF I’m to do multiple programs, how would I know how many sets to do of each and how to interweave all of them.

With much appreciation, Dana :yellow_heart::raising_hands:t3::dizzy::folded_hands:t3::sparkles::herb:

Hi Dana, thank you for sharing your experience in such detail — we truly appreciate the context, and we’re glad your Aha Halo is arriving soon.

Based on what you described, your situation appears to center around chronic neck sensitivity, structural strain, and recurring head discomfort patterns, so the most supportive approach with Aha Halo is to focus on consistency, simplicity, and systemic balance, rather than trying to use many programs at once.

:herb: Suggested Approach

Instead of running a large number of programs in one day, we recommend selecting a small, focused set of 3–4 core programs and using them consistently over time. This allows the body to better integrate the support.

:small_blue_diamond: Core daily support (foundation)

You may consider building your routine around:

Song of the Spine – Supports spinal alignment and posture-related strain
Bone – Helps maintain structural integrity over time
Joint or Cartilage – Supports joint comfort and flexibility
Nerve – Helps balance neural coordination and tension response

These can serve as your baseline daily programs for ongoing support.

:small_blue_diamond: Targeted support (as needed)

When symptoms are more active, you can layer in:

Shoulder and Neck Discomfort – For localized tension and stiffness
Head Discomfort or Intense Head Discomfort – Depending on severity
Inflammation – To support calmer tissue response

These are best used during flare-ups rather than continuously.

:small_blue_diamond: How to structure usage

• Focus on a few programs per day, rather than rotating through many
• Allow longer, steady sessions instead of frequent switching
• Give your body time to respond — especially for long-standing patterns
• Adjust based on how your body feels (less can often be more)

:herb: Additional note

For long-term patterns such as degenerative joint changes, progress with Aha Halo is typically gradual and cumulative, as the system is designed to support overall balance rather than target a single structural issue directly.:smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Hi Penny (your name came through in my email) ~

I can’t thank you enough for your very thoughtful and detailed response! I actually feel I now have my very own “tailored” wellness protocol to finally, once and for all, bring my body into balance so I won’t be living in such discomfort.

Interestingly, just earlier today, since I wasn’t getting any response, I had thought I should delete my post thinking it may have been silly of me to ask for recommendations if I already have a good idea of the many programs that could ultimately address my issue. I felt I could figure it out on my own and go with my intuition. But then it wouldn’t allow me to delete (as you know) unless I “flagged” it and included a reason. So I decided to just keep it up. And soon after that was when I recieved your response. :raising_hands:t3: Seems the Universe wanted me to have this additional info. It is VERY helpful and makes a lot of sense.

Again, THANK you, Penny, from the bottom of my heart!

With so much love, appreication, and gratitude, Dana :yellow_heart::raising_hands:t3::dizzy::folded_hands:t3::sparkles::herb:

I would add some of the “pathway” programs. These are the meridians used for acupuncture. “Gall Bladder” is a main one, followed by “Small intestine”, and “Bladder”. Various excess emotions usually trigger flareups like anger, frustration, resistance to change. Using programs like “relaxation”, “negative energy cleansing”, and “love” may help. Certain foods like chilli, prawns, alcohol and excess sugar could cause flareups so avoiding them, and using “digestion” may help. Strong winds can cause neck issues if immunity is weak, so work on “immunity” and wear scarfs.

Hi Tash ~

Your recommendation for adding some of the “pathway” programs is brilliant. :raising_hands:t3: I just looked more into those meridians (I have a body point map) and those just might be the missing piece to my truly making a difference with this issue. Very interesting. And I do understand that emotions can trigger flareups (insticntiviely I knew this for a while now). And interestingly, I was drawn to download the “love” and “negative energy cleansing” just yesterday. So you leaving this message is not only serendipitous, but simply confirmation that I should run those as well, intermingling them into my protocol.

I’m not concerned about any foods I’m consuming as we eat pretty clean, 98% organic (not that that means much these days with all the glyphosate and chemtrails tainting everything), don’t eat seafood (maybe wild-caught salmon every blue moon), if we have any meat, we only eat certified humanely-raised organic, pasture-raised chicken, no alcohol, and rarely consume any sugar (if we do, it’s organic cane sugar, organic coconut sugar, or raw honey). And I have a very strong immunity so no concerns there with needing a scarf in windy weather.

But yes, thank you for the recommendations on the “pathway” programs and the other programs. I believe they will prove to be very helpful. :yellow_heart: :raising_hands:t3::dizzy::folded_hands:t3::sparkles::herb:
