I have multiple chronic issues. Is it better to hit a lot of these issues on a daily basis or to target 3-4 of them with multiple applications of the same program? For example, the “nerves” program could run for several hours for me, or also be part of a daily regimen where each of the issues gets one program run.
You can do both. Put the most urgent one on a card and run that all day, while using the machine for a selection of programs.
Thank you for your thoughtful question.
When working with multiple chronic concerns, Aha Halo is designed to support the body through systemic balance and gradual regulation, rather than aggressively addressing many areas at once.
According to the program guidelines, for chronic conditions, long-term and consistent use is generally more beneficial than frequent switching between many programs in a single day. Allowing the body sufficient time to respond and integrate support is an important part of the process.
A focused approach — such as selecting 3–4 key programs that are most relevant to your current priorities and using them consistently — is often a more balanced way to work with the system. Programs may be run for longer durations if they feel supportive, while still allowing time for rest and recovery.
It is also important to pay attention to your body’s feedback. If you notice signs of fatigue or overload, reducing total daily usage and allowing more integration time may be helpful.![]()
Where can I locate program guidelines for chronic health issues? So far, I haven’t found this forum very intuitive to use. What am I missing?
