I received my Halo last Tues and started off with the heart pathway. I’ve also occasionally used the liver pathway & flirted with some of the other pathways. However, on Saturday morning, I noticed I had a toothache (back top/bottom left-side), which made it very hard to chew. I’ve never had this issue before. It’s been continuing for about a week now, though not as severe. However, there’s still some discomfort every time I drink an ice-cold or hot drink (6 days in) & chewing food.
I’d love to get some insight—could this have anything to do with the programs I’m running?
Note: I’ve been using it 6-7 hours day time & also sleep 3 at night. Is that overkill?
I had the very same problem recently, and went to the dentist because I thought I had an abscess within the tooth, which can have serious consequences. X-ray showed there was probably a problem in the root of the tooth. I realised later it was nerve pain I was feeling. I had used the Aha tooth and gum program consistently, but then changed to Neuralgia. I will now be having the tooth extracted soon. Wishing you all the best,
It would have been better to start with the detox programs for a few days - and then help your meridians to rebalance.
Each meridian goes through or has an association to a tooth - no surprise that the teeth felt uncomfortable with the changes.
I suggest to do the detox programs now - and then carefully start again with the meridians. If the teeth play up again stop the pathway program and either do more detox for a day or three or charge up the chakras before you continue.
Aha Halo is not a gadget to ‘play around’ with. It has some far reaching effects. It is better to learn a bit about it before using. All the best
I would do these in the given order:
kidney, liver, gut, lymphatic, blood, full body, heavy metal.
Run one after the other is about 7.5 hours. I would do this on 2-3 consecutive days. And then I would start to tackle issues with more specific programs.
Some people need an ‘emotional cleanse’ e.g. ‘negative energy’ or ‘relaxation’ on top.
