New Peptides are Amazing Help

Hi Aha team, I am very impressed with the new peptide programs. I have recently been taking peptides for stomach and brain, so these are such a welcome addition and much cheaper. Thank you for all your great work and ideas.

Where is the peptide setting located? I’m not seeing it in the app.

I totally agree they are amazing. I have had my halo for 5 months. The sleep program made a big difference at first but then seemed to wear off. I have been using the peptide sleep program for this week and my sleep scores per my garmin watch are the best in months. and I feel better waking up. Yea,.

I have also been working my body unusually hard the last 3 days with shoveling mulch and snow I have rotated a few of the peptide programs - inflammation, lower back discomfort, muscle and tendon and more recently shoulder and neck discomfort and song of the spine. … - I had a few different sore areas, but they disappeared at least by the next morning if not sooner. . I did take some tumeric and quercitin as well. This is the most exercise in 2 months and I am extremely pleased. Normally I would be in physical trouble now and seeking hands on therapy.

Does anybody have any recommendations for program would be helpful to me? I’ve been using Muscle and tendon peptide and now trying Collagen peptide.

I recently had a chainsaw accident and severed the bone of my toe. I had a surgery to re-attach it with a screw and tendon was reattached too. I only have the Halo device not the spooky.

I jumped with joy when I saw the chronic fatigue peptide program. I have been in a PEM crash since november, but I have been using this program for I guess five days now, and I absolutely feel the difference. My garmin watch is not picking up on it yet, but I feel progression!!!

Hi Irene, I have CFS and Ive just received my Aha Halo. For what kind of duration did you run the “chronic fatigue” programme? I have a rather sensitive NS so I dont want to over do it or under do itas well!! How are you getting on now. I’m in a bit of a dip, and am using the AHa Haolo for sleep, CFS and joint and muscle pain, but I dont want to use too many programs! SO today for example I ran shoulder pain and chronic fatigue, Ill find out at 3 am if it was too much!! Might switch off Aha Halo for the afternoon , to give body “processing time”. Many thanks, anyone please feel free to reply as I’m a newbie here and Im pretty excited about the possibilities within the Aha Halo. Julia X

May I ask how the chronic fatigue program is called on Aha Halo?
Thank you so much

May I ask what is he name on the device for chronic fatigue?
Thank you so much

Hi Alicia! Thank you for your question.

There is no program specifically named “Chronic Fatigue” in the Aha Halo program library. If you are looking for programs related to everyday tiredness, energy, and recovery support, you may explore:

• Young Body (P)
• Good Sleep III
• Cortisol Balance (P)
• Cell

You can find the complete Aha Halo program descriptions here:

We hope this helps! :purple_heart:

Hi Penny,

But there is a Chronic Fatigue program on AHA!
